Topic of the Day:  my shopping hasn't been too bad.  I went out a few times last week and the only things I saw that were empty were paper towels and toilet paper.  Within the next few days, I'll probably go out just to go out to see what's available...but, of course, I'll get something "necessary" so that it's a legitimate shopping trip. ;)

Well, I'm off to bed.  I need to go to work tomorrow and hopefully finish all the invoicing and report creating that I need to do.

Have a good day, all!

Well my brother, his wife, and I moseyed over to WalMart for the over-60 party this morning at 6 a.m.

I got my ground beef and my shredded cheese.  Lots of empty shelves, and folks with carts of BIG containers of TP and PT.....

The STFH order begins tonight at midnight, but I don't think you get stopped by the police if you're out.....yet.

I didn't find any tins of biscuits or disinfectant spray....but I will survive.

I usually buy Conrad Birdy Barnum's seed at the Pet Supplies Plus....and I have a pitcher of it (I mix a couple of different kinds), but I thought I would get a box.

There was a man in the pet aisle riding on one of those basket carts that had a group of folks around him.  He was saying there was a crazy, dangerous man loose in the store and he wanted everyone to be aware....

Then he said.....it's me!  HAHAHAHAHA.....I'm dangerous.....HAHAHAHAHAHA.

Unnerving.

I watched NASHVILLE last night.  I just have the original release DVD.....the picture quality is not so hot.  I noticed when I watched the Altman interview that the clips were much better there....

I haven't listened to the commentary by Altman.....maybe another time.

I had an unnerving phone call around 8:30 last night that put me out of sorts and my nightly schedule.  When I finally fell asleep, it was past 2:00am.  I fed the cats and went back to bed.

Southwest has lowered prices, and the temptation is great. $49 to New Orleans. $99 to LA or Washington. But, no.

The phone call was from Lady Macbeth/  It came completely out of the blue, so unexpected that I didn't have her number in my cell phone so I did not recognize the caller.  If I had, I would have never answered it.

I think she'd had two or three beers too many.  I barely spoke, and she rambled.  I miss you, thought about you today, love you . . .

My reaction for the most part was bullshit.  The call may have lasted around 30 minutes; I was very happy when it was over.  I then spent an hour or so wondering what was the reason for the call.

I have no big plans for the day.  I do need to deal with some book shelf issues before I end up buried under books.  I did take care ofd the books on the table yesterday, so that made me happy.

I have my own Lady Joann Macbeth of Cranford, who is a client of Franklin Weinrib lawyer Dan Wasser, who is in the same law firm as the Lawyer for Encores, Elliot Brown.

Their law firm Franklin Weinrib is almost  entirely a theater law firm, and the only theater connection Lady Jo Macbeth has to theater is that she's the real-life Lady Macbeth (besides trying to get me removed as executor of over $5-million openly since 2010 or so)

There is no logical reason that out of hundreds of law firms in NY and NJ, she is advised on removing me as executor by the same law firm as Skip's longtime collaborator Jack is in his City Center capacity.

I'm still flabbergasted that Jack Viertel is still making believe (and the music people seem ti be convinced or are pretending to be convinced) that I imagined the online stalking that started by City Center videographer Jonathan Frank and assisted by Jen Tepper -  when he's been sent the opinion of NYS Human Rights agency that led to a Feb 2014 hearing against the only site Datalounge that would not voluntarily take down the daily onslaught

which included anti-semitic slurs ("Jew lawyer tax man" from the second day).

But Larry, you know me for years but keep insisting the years of cyberstalking started by a City Center videographer is imagined. But the real destruction came when Jack Viertel created this document,

this "show doctor" becoming a real doctor to create damage - and the POS still will not say why he did this.
 https://combat-all-that-chat-bullies.blogspot.com/2018/09/open-letter-to-city-center-board-please.html

What I do know is that when I've filed against City Center just Mohave them look anti and find out why this was done and how it ended up in the files for my parents' caregivers  in Florida (long before I put it online), City Center's attorney argues it's a personal matter because of the "Love, Jack."  They won with the attorney general who said it's a personal matter against Jack Viertel himself.  So I brought the matter against Jack Viertel, and from what I saw, a different lawyer for Jack says it's a business matter.

Everyone keeps asking me why I never filed anything in 2013 - but I sure did. It never reached being looked at, since both somehow argues successfully that it was the other.  Then in Feb 2014, we had the hearing.  The net cleared up a week after that hearing as was proposed at the hearing as a way to settle it, and by a month later, Skip and Jack were friends again. Somehow, I had a great tax job at that point, the best tax work I ever had since the 1980s.  And my book from fall 2013 got a really great online review from one of those "Top 100" reviewers (I think BK is in that realm of Amazon reviewers these days) - at first, I thought "How nice!" - but that actually did spark sales and the book getting featured Amazon a bit more.  And though audiences were mostly paper, I had a great experience at the Midtown Festival in spring 2014.

So with the quiet for close to 3 years, I went back to writing, and it was normal for all Jost three years.

Larry, this has not been going ion continuously for all these years.
