...That could almost be a TV show: "My Favorite Filipino." Sounds like a hit!
When my sister was growing up, she had an imaginary Filipino pony...

...Herb Ross is a pig, may he rot in hell, and the GMHC folk drove me crazy by their bad casting (with the late great Mr Ross, ptui!)...
But, tell us, DRElmore, what do you really think of Mr. Ross?

Good Afternoon!

Greetings from The Log.  Rehearsal begins in a few minutes - however, none of the cast have started arriving.   Hmm....

DR elmore - I placed a few calls, got a couple of answering machines.  However, I did pass on your inquiry to Curtis, and he may throw some names your way too.

*I figured I'd just answer you here, since it would take some extra time to get AOL all loaded up.

... And it's a post too!

Weii, since you asked!  I think Mr Ross was a better choreographer than a director, and I believe that he was a total pig on JUBILEE:  he was arrogant, rude, and he wasted a lot of GMHC's money on his petty demands.  He also wasted a lot of my time with his poor casting choices.  No, I don't like Mr Ross nor am I sorry the old shit is dead.

In other news...

It's a totally beautiful day here in Williamstown.

And lunch at the Indian place across the street was pretty darn good too.

I just read on Playbill.com that Rosie O'Donnell may be coming in as Golde in FIDDLER on B'way until it closes. Or maybe she's coming in to ENSURE it closes!
Is she shilling for Ensure these days?  (Tevye's milk isn't good enough for her?)

Everything Larry says about Herbert Ross confirms every other thing I've heard and read about him...one of the worst excuses for a "human" being that ever walked the earth.

May he rest in pieces.

Some time this afternoon, der B and I will be heading out for another dog transport.  This time, we're heading up to Smyrna with a pit bull/shepard mix named Sadie.  Sadie needs an operation, and will need all the love she can get.

At the same time, we'll also be transporting a cage filled with hampsters!  This shall be a very different trip from most we've taken!

(I'm just glad this is my day off!)

Am home today nursing allergy symptoms that include a headache behind my left eye and a sore throat.

For the squeamish among you, I will only say that my left eye is "leaky" and leave it at that.

Am doing my best not to hold any loads.  Have had two major sneezing fits this morning and do not want anything unseemly occurring.

We should be back in time for the new ep of Good Eats.  The title of the episode says it all: "Wake Up, Little Sushi!"

RonP: Feel better. About a week ago, I was exactly where you are now - "leaks" and all. It's no fun. Perhaps you can find an adorable physician's assistant who will lay hands on your naked torso? It made ME feel better! :)
