I am still waiting for my incandescent night light bulbs.

I don't like the LED nightlights - I can't see much.

I still have one bulb working at the end of the hallway in the living room.....but no bulbs for the bathroom or kitchen.....and it is DARK.

I've been watching a few episodes of Make Room For Granddaddy on the Roku Channel....the 1970 ABC reboot of The Danny Thomas Show......

It is really bad......and the latest fashions from Miss Stella are very unflattering to Miss Marjorie Lord....as are the hairstyles and the harsh color photography.

Mr. Danny Thomas looks as though he is using black shoe polish on his hair.....

One season - 20 episodes or so - and out - Sept. 1970-March 1971.

The framework of The Turn of the Screw is set at Christmas and uses the tradition of telling ghost stories at the holiday. There’s nothing about Christmas in The Innocents, is there?

I've made it to the intermission. This is not terribly enjoyable. Nobody seems to have brought their A game to the movie, except maybe Nelson Riddle, who makes the music sound good, even when the singers don't.

The Chipwich ice cream sandwich was similar, I think. It had two very important food groups, chocolate chip cookies and ice cream.

That sounds good too, but when I have a hankerin' for an ice cream sandwich, I just want the plain vanilla ice cream and chocolate cookie. Simple yet elegant.
