Afternoon, all...
Larry, Jose, FJL & Jane: I'm afraid I'm going to have to pass on Artie's after all. I just called the bank to find out my balance. The prospects were bleak. I'm sorry to miss it. Please pass my regrets on to DR Jane and wish her a safe trip home on my behalf.
TOD: My Spanish teacher in high school called me a prodigy. I picked up the language faster than any other student she'd ever had. In fact, I started college as a Spanish/French double major until I got my scholarship for Voice. I also excelled in Stage Makeup (go figure) and Geography. At one point I also wanted to be a cartographer. I did very well in my Desktop Publishing class, as well. Anything that required creativity as opposed to regurgitation of information was for me.
Worst subjects: P.E. I hated it. In fact, in middle school, I took a job washing dishes in the cafeteria to get out of gym. Hehe... I hated World Civ, mainly because the professor was SO boring, and I hated, hated, hated my Forms and Composition class my senior year of college. Again - just too boring.
