I've never been on "Page Six" - I have been in Liz Smith's column once, but that was over twenty years ago.

But that not being on the same page was quite literal, not figurative (I think!). And what was on page 7 will presumably end up on page 6 or something like that. I've never really had to proof a real publication before, and was so not used to page 4 being on the same sheet opposite page 9, and page 10 being on the same sheet opposite page 3. But proper folding of the pages got it to look like a real booklet, and all worked out.
I will pray that working on a CD package doesn't constitute "working" for purposes of the holiday rules.
