JRand55, have you worn your kurta whilst watching a Bollywood movie yet? Meena is waiting for your entrance!

Here is the Indian outfit I want!

Of course if I went out in public dressed like that, in Salem, I would likely get smashed...and not in a good way! LOL!

However, this one is more in my price range (the outfit...not the model).

Just $74.95 + postage!

I have a version of I TOOK ME HARP TO A PARTY around here somewhere.  Very funny, as I recall.

Thanks for the link DRBEN...  Biggest Aspidistra is also a comic gem!

DR CP do you shelve your LP's in the library with your books?

DR BEN - when Gracie Fields sings "I Took Me Harp to a Party" - I am ON THE FLOOR!!

Miss Fields co-stars in HOLY MATRIMONY, one of the sources for DARLING OF THE DAY.

DRMBARNUM - no, I haven't worn my Kurta yet....and I just bought another one of the same style...this one brown instead of peach.

I think the red one With the Turban from the first one would be a perfect out fit for you to wear to the Courts Hollywood Show.

Yes, she does.

And I can't think of Miss Fields, without then conjuring up Lady Peale and her Faeries at the Bottom of her Garden.  ;D

DR Vixmom, it didn't work for my phone number.

I think you have many zeros in your last four digits, then it doesn't know where to place the actual number!  It was close but it got it as 0004 instead of 0400.

On TV, I loved Hart to Hart, Remington Steele, The Rockford Files and Moonlighting.  As much as I loved Angela Lasbury, I never watched "Murder, She Wrote."  I don't know why. :-\

There is also Nick & Nora and Sherlock Holmes, the musicals. ;)

NICK & NORA has a good score, but it was not a good show!

Jason, as Shakespeare wrote:

This above all: to thine own self be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man.
Farewell; my blessing season this in thee!

JRand, no...some record albums are in a media closet I have off the TV room in the new house...where all the CDs, DVDs, Videos, and film reference books are.

On the long bookcase that runs along the back wall of the library I have a seating bank (with more shelves below).  I can lift up the seat in front of each case and underneath, behind the shelves of the seating bank, and below the main part of the book cases is concealed storage three feet long, two and half feet high and deep under each of the five bookcases along that wall.  Inside will go my comics, various other periodicals I've collected over the years, and my 78 rpm records since my hand-cranked Victrola is in the library.

The rest of the records (those which I have on CD or just those I rarely play anymore) are stored in particle-board bookcases in the large storage area of the house which will also be the gym and crafts area.

Ben, is the Brit Little Me an LP or CD?

I'm taking a break - just about finished (I think) with the longer promo spot, at least it's roughed out - I can already see things to adjust, and I have to go in search of a better line or two from the tapes I haven't seen yet.  I'll wrap up the long spot by two, then start on the shorter spot, which should go a lot faster.  My goal?  Both spots roughed out in decent shape by five.  Then I'll polish them when I get home from the show.
