I'm just sitting here with my very nice editor because we're diging in all the tapes, and he says it's easier to just get them all in there rather than try to isolate just the things we need - that takes a lot of time, and each episode is really only about 18 minutes of transfer time - so we'll be through transfering about one and then we'll start cutting. He says my notes and the script seem very together and feels we'll at least have something rough by day's end. And then on Monday things will go really fast because everything's already in the computer - we'll finish the second spot and then have plenty of time to finesse them - and if I still feel they need work, I'll just book a half-day on Wednesday and we'll turn the spots in at least one or two days before they're due, which is a good thing.
