As for DR elmore's Topic of the Day...
I would basically duplicate your list, DR elmore. -However, I do have to say that G&S still is not my cup of tea - even as casual listening. -I think I'm still scarred from playing rehearsals for the Washington Savoyards a couple of years ago... Some of those dyed-in-the-wool G&Sers are, well, sort of scary.

Otherwise...
"Steal Me, Sweet Thief" was one of the first arias I ever accompanied. Beautiful, emotional. I also like the baritone aria from
The Old Maid and the Thief, "When the air sings of summer" - at least I think that's what the title is. Isn't it?
"Ebben? Ne andro lontano" from
La Wally - Yes, I first heard this in the movie
Diva.
"Elle a fui" from
Les Contes d'Hoffmann"Deh vieni non tardar", "Dove sono", "Porgi amor", - Mozart,
Le Nozze di Figaro"The Embroidery Aria" - Britten,
Peter Grimes - Truly a haunting piece of music.
"To this we've come", Madga's Aria - Menotti,
The Consul - Another haunting aria.
"What a movie!" - Bernstein,
Trouble in Tahiti - And this one is hoot to play too! Fun!
...And that's about all that comes to mind for now, although I know I have many, many more operatic favorites.
