I went to a happy hour with some friends tonight. Only one waiter wore a face mask.

But the happy hour specials were good. Escargot, a flat-bread pizza with mushrooms and gorgonzola, lamb egg rolls and fried calamari were among the appetizers we made dinner of. Plus a couple of desserts, apple tart tatin and flourless chocolate cake.

When I mentioned sweet potato fries I had no idea where we were eating. Keith found a nice restaurant with dining on the deck overlooking, from a distance, part of the lake.

I had a delicious housemade veggie burger with spinach and roasted red pepper on a excellent bun.

On the side where exceptionally delicious sweet potato fries.
