Also at the Visulite, I saw a double feature of CABARET and SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. Of course, I had seen CABARET when it first came out, but had never seen SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE (paired due to Michael York).

Another famous pairing: THE BOYS IN THE BAND with THE DAMNED.

Another famous pairing: FELLINI SATYRICON with FELLINI'S ROMA

Another famous pairing:  THE VIKINGS and TRAPEZE.

I shall probably opt for TAR tomorrow night....time will tell.  I am now on the PC and will be exploring some of the programs on my APPLE IMAC before switching my internet over later this evening.  I want to try some of the DVD/CD burning programs.

DR ELMORE you should tell your friend and Jonathan Larson Award Winner Curtis Moore that the Phoenix Theatre in Indianapolis should do For Love Of Tiffany.

DR JOSE that WII sketch was very funny....very funny.  But not funny enough to ever make me tune into SNL again on purpose.

Last night I watched the Emmy Awards.....yes THE EMMY AWARDS....the 11th Annual Emmy Awards courtesy of DR MBARNUM.  The writing was just as bad as it is today....the presenters look ridiculous saying the things they are being made to say.

Dinah Shore presented Ann B. Davis with the Best Supporting Actress in a Continuing Role in a Comedy Series Award for The Bob Cummings Show.

Art Carney presented Tom Poston with the Best Supporting Actor in a Variety Series One Hour or More for The Steve Allen Show.

Raymond Burr presented Dennis Weaver with the Best Supporting Actor in a Continuing Role Drama Half Hour for Gunsmoke.

Barbara Hale won for Perry Mason, but I forget who announced it - might have been Dinah Shore again.

I also got many episodes of M SQUAD, many Bollywood movies, a lovely photo I had never seen of Mr Raymond Burr and Miss Allison Hayes AND a great Bollywood calendar!!!

Thanks to DR MBARNUM!!

Has anyone been in touch with DR DAW?  I hope he doesn't hurt today.

DR DAW sent me an e-mail earlier today, but nothing in regards to his hurting or not-hurting.

...I'm also wondering how DR Danise and her house and her DD Sheena are doing.

...And DR DakotaCelt.

...And where for art thou, DR Ron Pulliam?  -I'm guessing he's currently in the midst of an "Interview With A Vampire or "Inside Daily Clover".

I've noticed that NBC and "SNL" only seem to post the "best" skits on their website.  -There are no full episodes available on NBC.com.  (I haven't checked if they have different offerings on Hulu.com.)

Speaking of the best moments from memorable shows, i love this version of "Turn the Beat Around" as performed by the Brady Bunch.

http://noolmusic.com/blogs/YouTube_Music_Videos_60s_70s_-_Brady_Bunch_-_Turn_the_Beat_Around.shtml

Hope that link works.  Especially fun is the way the audience applauds the first line of the song as if it's The Brady Bunch's signature song.  :)

I hope no news is good news!

Would DR DAW be more likely to complain if he hurt than to forget to mention he is feeling fine?

DR Dakota hasn't been gone long for her, and she was on Facebook a few days ago.

I hope DR Danise has a minute to stop in before the weekend is up.  If she doesn't I hope it is because she is busy moving into her beautiful newly remodeled home.

Is that the original Brady Bunch?  Who is the lead singer?

I believe that is Geri Reischl, known to this day affectionately as "Fake Jan" since she took over for Eve Plumb in the variety series.  Per the imdb:

Thank you.  I wonder if Eve Plumb could sing as well.

I wonder if that was the period when Eve Plumb was making such a splash as a dramatic actress with Dawn: Portrait of a teenage Runaway and its sequel about Dawn's boyfriend Alexander: The Other Side of Dawn.

Per the imdb, Eve Plumb did go back to do The Brady Brides series a few years later.

Could have been.  I seem to remember that Eve Plumb tried to separate herself from her "Jan Brady" persona and all other things "Brady Bunch".  -And wasn't there another "fake Jan" when they had their series in the 80s?

Oy, we just gave Toby and Dylan a little bit of pizza crust, and now Toby's hanging out under the table smiling, as if expecting some more pizza crust to magically come his way.

You're lucky! In our house on pizza night all the tribe sit at patient attention. If one of us dares to eat a piece of crust, the looks would slay Medusa. They know what is theirs!
