Yeah, or he may think I'm a psycho bitch from hell, but you'd think after 6 years he wouldn't think that.

That's what I mean.  He has no reason to avoid you after six years of treating Callie.  And you haven't seen him since you made your request for her records.

I think that person you were dealing may very well be  the broken link in this communications chain.

Of course, if the vet is savvy, he may figure that out in time.

I'm in concert with S. Woody on his salient comment:

Too bad JAMES MARSDEN (someone's very talented landlord with a gorgeous singing voice) isn't available!

(Or...is he?)

Well, couldn't he come to the benefit to pick up the rent check for the month?  ;)

Let us amend...

Too bad JAMES MARSDEN (someone's very talented landlord with a gorgeous singing voice and who just happens to be one of the stars of the film Enchanted) isn't available!

OH!!

And since we're sort of talking about Stephen Schwartz, and since yesterday was "Ask BK Day", well...  -I just keep meaning to ask this....

A couple of years ago, one of the voice teachers I work with came across a song entitled, "Close Upon The Hour".  It was listed as being from a musical versions of "The King of Hearts".  And it was also listed as being composed by Stephen Schwartz.  She even said she got it directly from him.  However...

King of Hearts, the Musical was written by Peter Link and Jacob Brackman, and the song "Close Upon the Hour" is indeed the same song I have.  Does anyone know if it's possible that Mr. Schwartz might have ghost-written one of the songs - "Close Upon The Hour" certainly does sound like if could have been written by Mr. Schwartz?  Or did my teacher simply get her stories and composers mixed up?  *On the manuscript copy of the music I have, it even says, "Music and Lyrics by Stephen Schwartz" - and it actually looks like Stephen's hand too.  ???

I've had this recording for quite a few years, and it's always reminded me of Stephen Schwartz's music.  I always wondered if he had anything to do with it.

funny, i just modified my post when i realized u mentioned x-rays, which i gathered were used as a diagnostic tool.

i can imagine how frustrated u are.  i too would be hesitant to permit them to go exploring in there.

george, how did your appointment go.

i think vets or regular physicians most of us have dealt with at least one bad experience.

Well, the good news is that this second vet doesn't think that Ebonie has a tumor! :D She (the vet) examined Ebonie's paw and claws and noticed...and I quote, "for lack of a better word:  gunk" coming out of the left pinkie claw.  The healing index claw still looks good but she could tell that something was going on.  The vet examined the gunk under a microscope and said that there wasn't much pus at all, it was more like a yeast infection.  She said that if it was a tumor, it was more than likely that there wouldn't be two claws that were affected (oozing gunk).  Not that it can't happen, but it's rare for that to happen with a tumor.  So, the course of action right now it to apply this ointment on both claws for a week and if it's still gunky or gets worse, they will do a biopsy then.  Along with the ointment, I'll still give Ebonie the antibiotics until they're all gone.

As for the bad news...there isn't any, at this time. :)

Of course, with the ointment treatment, she needs to wear a collar. :-\ It doesn't seem to be hurting her, it's just damned inconvenient.  I also need to make sure that she's able to eat with it on.  The vet said that trying to use booties usually don't work at all. ;)

DR FJL and The Pope were walking down the street.  Coming toward them were Brad Pitt and Mary Lopinto.

FJL said to the Pope:  Isn't that Brad Pitt?

And The Pope Said:  I don't know, but I think that's Mary Lopinto with him.

Reporters surrounded Britney Spears car.
One police officer apparently wasn’t too thrilled by the scene. He ordered a group of photographers and cameramen who were surrounding the car in the middle of the street to sit on a curb and provide identification while Spears drove away.
The photographers were issued citations by the Beverly Hills Police Department. On the ticket, it listed “stood in front of car with a camera” as the reason. The ticket is not correctable and the fine is $80.

 ;D good for him.

Where in tarnation IS everyone?  I will now say that it's certain that Menken and Schwartz will be there.  And, we're now trying to get a song from Enchanted - if we do, then I have to figure out who'll sing it.  It can be someone we have or a new person - we shall see.

Perhaps you should call on Guy Haines?
