Bought TEN COMMANDMENTS THE MUSICAL (Val Kilmer IS Moses) and was going to buy WRECK OF THE MARY DEARE, but it seems to be available in a Gary Cooper collection, not ready to pay that price yet....so I bought the SE/WS version of THE DAVINCI CODE which I have not seen.

I just read of Robert Altman’s passing. :(

He was very sweet, showing concern for our friend, his employee, on 911.  He didn’t need to offer his home for our friend to stay at instead of crossing the bridge to Brooklyn.

Love the BRAIN page....which I bookmarked.  I am a member of MYSPACE...don't have a page yet....but it keeps telling me to log in to become a friend of the brain....but I am logged in....so it's a vicious circle.

I will work on it sometime....when the mood strikes me....sometime.

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW....

Robert Altman directed THE JAMES DEAN STORY....and one of my favorite films:  NASHVILLE.  I also liked his more recent THE COMPANY about a Chicago dance company.  ;D

Good Morning dear Larry!! Where is the song "Here on Earth " from?  Is it part of the Brain score or is it from another show you are doing?

It's one of "The Brain" songs.  It's got a great tune.

Thanks for asking.  My dad is staying limber and chipper.  I've told him he has to stay well until I go back to visit in 2007.  I have no idea how much time I've got with him, but outside of some minor problems from a mild stroke in July, he's mobile and sounds good.  We have to see how the cancer treats an 85 year-old!

My senses tell me lunch time is drawing nigh.

I'm hoping for some terrific soup at a local eatery known for its soups.

Here is the lobby and the rock star for DR RODZINSKI from DR EDISAURUS, if she wants to delete her larger version.  ;D

Thanks, DR JRand...I made mine smaller but then it wouldn't let me reattach it!

Van Dyke Parks was working on that while he was scoring our "Ociee" film. It was fun to get a peak into their creative process!

My cousin was a nurse, hired to be the location nurse on a Robert Altman film. He apparently thought she did a good job so he hired her for other films, and would usually put her in as an extra. I had always gotten the impression from her that he was a very nice man. I met him at Sundance in 1991 and he was indeed as nice as she said. I told him that "Popeye" was one of my favorite films and he said you could count the number of people who agreed with me on one hand. I will miss him and his films. (Except for "Prêt-à-Porter"...)

I need to take Sherlock for his walk now.  It will be good for me too.

I know I’ve said this before, but I have been extremely (an understatement) tired since we got him.  It isn’t all him, other factors are contributing to my not taking care of my health as I should.

The result is I haven’t done the things I should to prepare for Bryan’s visit, the upcoming holidays, or my trip to the NIH & my stays in DC or Pennsylvania.

So, I will wish you all a HAPPY THANKSGIVING now and will resist my addiction to HHW & all you wonderful folks.  I will return after the weekend.
