Are toilet-seat vibes for Elmore appropriate?

DR elmore - Check the Home Depot on the East Side for your wooden toilet seat.

Thanks for the advice, DRs Jose and Der Brucer.  I couldn't find anything on the Walmart site but Home Depot looks good. 59th and Third or 23rd and Sixth?

Perhaps I'll run over there in the next couple of days and check out the stock. Fantastic.

DR MBarnum - Well, I can promise you a very nice and comfortable, nail-free, broken glass-free place to stay here if you like.  :)

Don't make me say what I'm thinking!

That's pretty much what he looked like in the recent Journey's End...

Ah, and as DR LAURA reminded us,

CALM, SOOTHING VIBES for us all!

[/b]

I'm calm,
I'm calm,
I'm perfectly calm,
I'm utterly under control.
I haven't a worry:
Where others would hurry I stroll.
I'm calm,
I'm cool,
A gibbering fool
Is something I never become.
When thunder is rumbling
And others are crumbling,
I hum.
Hm--hmmm--hmmmmm!!!!!
HMMMMM!!!!
H-M-M-M!!!!

I must think calm comforting things,
Butterfly wings,
Emerald rings,
Or a murmuring brook,
Murmuring, murmuring, murmuring...look,
I'm calm,
I'm calm,
I haven't a qualm,
I'm utterly under control.
Let nothing confuse me
Or faze me-- [yawn] --
Excuse me.
I'm calm.
Oh so calm.
Oh so--

[PSEUDOLUS (offstage):]
Hysterium!

[HYSTERIUM]
I'm calm,
I'm calm,
I'm perfectly calm,
Indifferent to tensions and shocks.
Unruffled and ready,
My nerves are as steady
As rocks.
I'm calm, controlled,
So cool that I'm cold,
Aloofer than any giraffe.
When something's the matter,
Where others would shatter
I laugh. [Laughs hysterically]
I must breathe deep, ever so deep,
Think about sheep
Going to sleep,
Stop and count up to ten, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9...when
You need aplomb
And want to be calm
'Cause life is a horrible dream,
Just count up to ten
Very slowly, and then--

[PSEUDOLUS (offstage):]
Hysterium!

[HYSTERIUM]
[screams]

DR JoseSPiano -

When you play for a Chorus Line rehearsal, do you play from the piano/vocal score?  Or the Key 1 book?  Or something else entirely?

Good morning, good day.  Got up at eight-thirty and had some e-mails to attend to.  Session with Vinnie is at one, but it shouldn't take more than an hour, then I'm not sure if I have a Joan rehearsal or not.

Cilla - all they've told me is the dates occur between September 19th and 30th.  I'm trying to pin them down re actual dates and theater, but I think they're still planning.  I'll post here as soon as they get back to me.

If the schedule's like last year's, it will be a date here, a date there, perhaps running through two weeks' time.

I don't see how there was much of a choice.  The dominant twin will have Nancy's mouth.

Since Nancy will never shut up and let the child speak, the dominant twin will have to rely upon the other twin to listen.

What's the significance?  Did I miss a big discourse on David Campbell?

Who IS Ann Coulter?  I have just read the posts here, but what is her history.  After watching her in that clip, she seems like a younger version of a character in Rewind - same hair coloring, body-type, same bigoted behavior.

What's the significance?

None, really...

I hadn't heard much about him in a while, and was glad to see that he's doing theatre again, and thought perhaps DR Tomovoz could give us a first-hand report, although it would be a bit of a trek...

She disgusts me too much to even spend the time thinking about how to describe her. Plus, I try not to use those sorts of words.

She's an evil subhuman horror from the far-conservative side of the Republican party who makes Adolph Hitler look like Little Lord Fauntleroy. In her last scrawl, to which I not go to the flattering point of calling it a book, she poured vitriol over the 9/11 widows, and proves once again that those with teeny little very narrow minds have no more room for intellectual growth than a caged rodent.

I also refuse to believe Ann Coulter, who seems to think she's a cool blond, has a sex life: she's butch enough to be lesbian and I can't imagine any heterosexual male wanting to get near what is clearly the mythic case of vagina dentata. Oh, she also likes to refer to Democratic men as faggots.
