YES YES YES lovely new avatars for DRs 3DDIFFUSION and ADRIANNA PATTI!!!

DR 3D - I think the actress you pictured was Miss Eleanor Audley who was the voice of the Wicked Witch in SLEEPING BEAUTY and played Oliver Douglas' mother in GREEN ACRES....to name only two.

You are right - Eleanor Audley.  Well done!  If I hadn't eaten all the chocolates, I'd give you some!

I'm looking forward to Gypsy. I'm gonna have to drag my butt uptown and see what's left at the Ticket Office (We don't sell boxes, we sell tickets - a phrase from my Theatre Management college professor).

It's selling well, not great.  However, I believe the big "surprise" to the folks at City Center is that most people seem to be buying the better, more expensive seats for this production.  The Rear Mezz and Gallery have practically been empty so far, while the Orchestra and Grand Tier have been almost sold out the past few days.  -There were only about 40-50 people upstairs in the Front Gallery with me last night.  They've also been sending blocks of tickets over to TKTS throughout the day so far.  We'll have to see if that trend continues after the reviews come out.

Well, I have "Cassie Dance" rehearsal in two hours, and I have an errand to run before I sit down at the piano, so...

before I sit down at the piano...

I love how Victor Borge used to sit down at the piano, turn to half the audience, and say, "Pardon my back!"

Then, he'd turn to the other half of the audience and say, "Pardon my front!"

"But...that's the way I'm built!"

I don't know who they're using for the EPAs, but our Jose will be called for the auditions that take place for me.

Liz and Sal are thinking about staying through November, but they're not sure yet.  They really like it here.  Jason and his ever-lovin' landscaper are still together after all these years.

The choreographer from the movie HAIRSPRAY was a judge on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE last night...Adam something....and he was shut down a couple of times by Nigel....  But he did tend to go on and on and break into other people's time.

And Mary's back tracking on the Cedric trainwreck was very disappointing.

My favorite couple again last night Lacey and ???  darn, I forget his name.

I'm curious how many are still watching So You Think You Can Dance. I just love this show. I think it gets better as we get to know the dancers.

Interesting that nigel mentioned a petition to bring back jessie. I don't really love her. But i totally agree. That whole point of the show is for the judges to only vote out who america puts in the B3. I think it is totally unfair what the judges did last week.

Friday the 13th is not an unlucky day and with the new moon in Cancer on Saturday, it is a good time to tend to personal family matters.  A home improvement plan is a good idea....as is turning off the phone and reading a book all by yourself.
Interesting, I have already decided not to set any appointments tomorrow and to catch up organize, that sort of thing.  Not quite the same, but close

Oh and re: last night's episode of So You Think You Can Dance.

It sort of bugs me that some dancers get much better choreography.  I mean all the dancers are good. So the better choreography can really make a difference.

I absolutely loved Sabra and dominic. They had my favorite choreography. I just loved loved love it. I also really liked danny and anya. I love their dancing. And i thought their choreography was very good.

I liked jamie (waltz). But it did not suit hok (who i usually love).

I'm not sure what i thought of lauren and neil. I really like him. But am not as crazy about her. But the choreography was very good.

Also not sure if i like pasha and sara together. The judges loved it. But i didn't.

I am also not that crazy about shauna. Although she has been pretty good lately. But i thought that cedric was really good last night. I was surprised considering the style.

It will be very interesting to see who america puts in the bottom 3. I think they love hok. But on performance he should probably be up.

Also i wonder when they change partners. It seems like they have stayed together too long. And these partnerships can also really affect voting!

Maybe you were excited with it being your birthday and all  --

HAPPY BIRTHDAY and MANY MORE!

Naw, I think it was more the feeling of being a bit overwhelmed with all the new cases and trying to learn all this new stuff so quickly. I know I've studied and studied, but with real people it still feels a bit like trial by fire.   Anyway, I had a great appointment with a client seeking asylum from persecution in an African country.   I think I'm absolutely going to love this work.

Is Saturday the 14th a good day for home improvements also? I have moss on my roof.

I thought Cedric was awful last night.....Shauna pulled him through.

I voted a few times for everyone EXCEPT Cedric and Shauna and Danny and Anya.  Would like to see them in the Bottom Three but who knows.

I will miss the show tonight....since it is OPENING NIGHT for A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM.....but I will check the results in the morning.

I liked Dominic too....and I thought Hok was weak, but it was the dance.  As DR JENNIFER pointed out....the choreographer really makes a difference.
