Another mini-frenzy -- my cue to cease and scram -- much to do today.

Miss Karen - I've got no excuse for having eaten all the ccandy, but the flowers really are beautiful.  I'm kvelling just looking at them and thinking of how thoughtful I was to get them for you.

Good Morning!

I'm up, I'm up...  And as DR Ben has mentioned, it's a bit cooler today, and less humid.  Aaahh.  :)

A bow and most gracious thanks to DR JOSE S PIANO for the care package that arrived today.

I found what I was looking for in the second program from Westport....there seemed to be so much missing in the first one.

LOL

A Chorus Line bag will be my official carrier for THE SUNSHINE BOYS.

I haven't yet look through all the wonderful Playbills....but I have looked at the covers.  Such treasures!!

And in answer to your question....red xxl....and let me know how much to put in your PayPal account.

And thanks to DRs JOSE and JASON for the GYPSY report.

Hmmm...nothing is more fun than getting a newbie to play Spin the Bottle, Truth or Dare and Strip Poker for the first time!

And even more fun to get him to play them all at the same time!

Especially after he's had a few drinks in him!

As for the Brain auditions on the 17th - which I think are the EPAs - well, I haven't been contacted (yet), so 'tis not I.  -Although, everyone seems to be getting last-minute "emergency" calls for pianists lately.  I've talked to a couple of my colleagues over the past couple of days, and we've all been getting a couple of "Oh, I need someone tomorrow morning at 9:30" calls (at 10:00 at night), or "My pianist just told me he can't stay for the afternoon session..." calls.  In any case, I'm not on for the 17th.  *And, actually, I believe I'm heading back down to Virginia next week for a few days, so I won't be available.

That last bit may be the most difficult part!   :)

You're most graciously welcome, DR JRand.

-And, yes, a bunch of them are Opening Night Playbills - they have the opening night date printed on the "title" page at the top.

-And, yes, that's her signature.  ;D

-Alas, I believe the ACL shirts only go up to "xl".  Would that work?

In the meantime...  Enjoy!

The mail is always unbelievable slow to be delivered here in Philly.  Especially when it has to go through a certain mail room of a certain insurance company that I won't mention publicly.

Alcohol is merely one on-ramp of many to the highway of debauchery, I always say.

bk - So glad to hear that you and Sal and Liz and Jason and "other" ;) had such a good time last night.  Have they moved out there?  Or are they now a bi-coastal family?

And I can't imagine how big their boys are now.  When Liz and Sal did Sunday in the Park with George at Arena Stage back in 1997, Alessandro was practically a newborn, just six months old or so.  And sometimes Alex would stay in Liz's dressing room during the show.  It was always great to visit during the "obituary" scene at the top of Act 2.

Anyone seen the new HARRY POTTER film yet? I just made plans with my friend Hal to see it on Monday. Maybe the crowds will have died down just a bit by then.

I believe DRs DerBrucer and SWW saw the movie the other day.  And liked it.  And that's really all they could say about it without posting spoilers.

Adriana, I don't know how, but your exclamation points don't show up in your message...somehow you got the "glow=red,2,300" code before the "move=..." code.

Hmm.. Her exclamation points - not to be confused with here "tellies" (sp?) ;) - in her post showed up in my browser.  Although, I think that's because the Glow formatting doesn't usually work with Safari.

That's yesterday's jack rabbit on the far left, a gazelle in the back on the right, and...perhaps...DR George in the orange?

What show is this from?
