I guess I'll head down now and start getting ready to go out for my usual Friday errands. Have to stop by the post office to mail a package today, too.

No, as I mentioned (vaguely) last night, her surprise I anticipated and so wasn't blown away (things were going just too smoothly). The aftermath, however, was very exciting.

Sorry, I must have missed that.

Well I have to say as someone who ALWAYS guesses twists, usually in the first 30 seconds, this one caught me totally off guard, so kudos to you!  :)

Do you mean Lubavitch?

That's what I meant!   I've corrected the spelling on my original post.   :P

Well, you're in luck, because the Lubavitchers practice separation of the sexes (with a Mechitzah at services), so chances are you'll only be touched by another guy.   ;D

re: LAST NIGHT'S LOST

SPOILERS

I really did enjoy last night's show.

And it was interesting to find out another of the Oceanic 6.

Sayid's flashforwards were very interesting.

I can't say that i figured out what his "girlfriend" was up to. But I will say i was a bit disappointed that they let ben talk in the last bit. I think the reveal would have been so much better if it had not been completely obvious that that was his voice.

I will say though that the thought of sayid working for ben is very intriguing. And i can't wait to find out more about that.

I also think it will be very interesting to see if sayid and the helicopter land on the boat.

I have always had a fondness for Longet's voice and have a lot of her CDs, mostly imports.

Several of you here (and you know who you are) will get a kick out of this:

As the Oregonians (and maybe Washingtonians) may know, there's been a continuing battle here on the legality of civil unions for gay couples.  So there was a big op-ed piece by this completely brain-dead right wing Republican state senator named Marylin (she can't even spell her name correctly) Shannon, going on and on about the "gay agenda."  Well, two days later there was a hysterical letter to the editor in the Oregonian from a guy who said he was straight and he had never gotten a copy of the gay agenda, that perhaps it was lost in the mail, and therefore could Ms. Shannon please forward her copy on to him.    ;D

You're a Shiksa?  Well abandon your Lubavitcher fantasy, then.  :)

Hmm.... If DR MBarnum was at the dance call I'm playing right now, he'd be in heaven.  ;)

Of course, he's at the Ray Courts Show right now, so I guess he's already there. :)

It is beautiful and sunny out today and I must shower, shave, and hie myself back over to Eddie Brandt's Saturday Matinee and pick up my photos. The Ray Courts show doesn't open until 11:00 so I guess I have time.

They have added a few names to the roster for today's show...Edd Byrnes will now be in attendance as is my interviewee Don Marshall (Land of the Giants).

Unfortunately, I noticed that Edith Fellows is now not on the list :(

Larry,
I know what you mean.  On my way home the other night, I actually drove down my mother's street to go visit her before I realized she was no longer there.

On a cheerier note, I'm having Chicken Fried Rice and Earl Grey tea for breakfast-- just wasn't in the mood for cereal, oatmeal or toast.
