I've got to get things done around the house, and tomorrow rolls early.

Hasta.

Is DR JoseSPiano perhaps taking Prince Harry on a foodie walking tour in NYC tonight?

I doubt that is what DR Jose would have in mind.   ::)

I enjoyed Expialidocious, but I hope I never have to listen to ANNA again.  It gave me a headache.

DR MBarnum and others - If you get the Travel Channel, you may want to check out Anthony Bourdain's "No Reservations" program tonight (or one of the rebroadcasts). Tonight's episode covers a visit to Mumbai.

You're welcome, Michael.  -I'm watching it now, and I think you'll find it quite informative and "real" (for lack of a better word at this point).

When I went downstairs, I was in a Blu-ray mood, so I put in THE 7TH VOYAGE OF SINBAD. I'm not sure I had ever seen this in the proper aspect ratio before (1.66:1). Of course, due to the nature of the filming, video quality is all over the map, but what looks good looks REALLY good, almost three dimensional with sensational color. It was a very entertaining 90 minutes.

After that was over, I started watching a couple of NCIS episodes from the season 5 box set. The first was an episode with a marine who was about to commit suicide by jumping from a building. Gibbs got him to change his mind and then he was promptly shot by a sniper from a building across the street. I had NO idea who the murderer was (and I've seen the episode a couple of times), so the revelation was a lot of fun.

The second one had to do with the team being airlifted to a freighter called the CHIMERA, and when they arrive, they find it to be a ghost ship with one dead body in the freezer. This was one of THE most exciting episodes from last season, and it was a real pleasure watching it again.

I had time to skim through today's AS THE WORLD TURNS. The boys weren't on, but Lily, Holden, and Damien were. Nothing in the previews.

And then I watched MEDIUM. Definitely Patricia Arquette's Emmy submission episode, a very involving and rather graphic and grisly episode with a REAL cliffhanger.

And what if CBS hadn't picked up MEDIUM for next season. THAT would have been the series finale! I would have wanted to storm Rockefeller Center!

I forgot to mention that I did watch all of the bonus features on FATAL ATTRACTION. I was glad they put the original ending in high definition.

For romance like in the movies.   I'll go with Hawaii, a white ruffled shirt, the clean air and warm rain at midnight, a convertable, a moonlight drive around the island, being 18 and hundreds of miles from home.

As for romantic evenings or days or hours or minutes - wasn't really looking for anything tell-all (although I thought TCB's story was very touching), just for mood things.  I have had several wonderful dinners that were magical - some out, some at home.  I've walked along the beach with someone very special and the whole thing was very special.  As a teenager, I had several lovely outings, including some I wrote about in the Kritzer books.

I need one guinea pig for some Kritzerland testing.  It requires concentration and proofing skills.
