I'm trying to figure out if this Royal Wedding Souvenir could end up being a collectible? Or just a piece of junk? ;)

Will (??) & Kate

Did you notice that at the very bottom in very small type is "This is a novelty item featuring the images of Prince Harry and Kate Middleton." :D

Good eyes, DR George!

From DR MBarnum:
Quote
For the first couple of nights I will be staying at the Burbank Marriott, while the HOllywood Show is there, afterwards I move to a cheap flophouse for the remainder! LOL!

Too bad you can't go from a flop house to luxury, it is easier that way.  Even better would be if your friends had a spare room. ;)

The problem is that nobody that I know in the Los Angeles area have a fire escape outside their window.

Such a shame. ;)

Here are some clips from the SWEENEY TODD in Paris with my friends Rodney Gilfry and Caroline O'Connor, conducted by my friend David Abell. The one video is "The Competition" and "A Little Priest," and the other is a bit of "The Worst Pies In London" and "By the Sea."
Fun.

DR Cillaliz I am so excited for you re: your new e-bike. Can't wait to hear about it.

Where you live is it considered a bike? (that you can park it on a bike rack and ride it on bike paths?)

Yes!  I looked at the state law and the city code before I bought it and as long as it doesn't go over 20 mph with the motor and is fully operable with pedals it is a bike.

In case anybody's hungry, here's a photo of Brioche French Toast with Bananas Foster. I wish I could send samples.

LOL!! I looked at the photo and wondered why anyone would put bananas and whipped cream on a steak

Has anyone heard from TCB?   I was wondering what he thought of my new Titanic book.

Yesterday my hiking group went to some new trails in Jacksonville.  For the most part we hiked under trees which we decided will be nice to return to in the heat of summer.

Just for you DR Laura I photographed a couple of the wildflowers.  Don't ask me what they are.  I thought I had one of the larkspur & don't.

I wish I could be in North Carolina this weekend to see the OKLAHOMA! reconstruction:
http://www.uncsa.edu/performances/featured2.htm

Don't miss the slideshow to see the kids playing the roles now and the original production designs and photo shots. I think that's Celeste Holm in the wheelchair.

DR MBarnum will like the early shot of Howard Keel, who played Curly in London.

Greetings from Middletown, Ohio!  I arrived home half an hour later than I should have because I missed a turn on the Ann Arbor bypass and found myself heading west on I-94.  Had to turn around in Dexter, MI, and get back on the correct route south of A2.  Still, I was home by 4:30, so I didn't run into rush hour traffic in Dayton.  I've unpacked and had a light supper with Richard and Rob.  Think I'll give in to my cold now...

That's where Gemze's doing the show! I love the photo of her and the boy playing Will Parker.
