FINALLY I found a monarch in my yard. It took her a long time to find my house this year. She is laying eggs.

Can you tell the difference?

I can.  I don't know which I like better, though.  They're both very nice pictures, Jane. :D

No.

Don't listen to me.  I could never tell the difference between Cathy and Patty Lane.

How about Nathan Lane and Abbe Lane?

Or Deborah Kerr and Vicki Carr?

I have skimmed through LOST HORIZON twice now and have yet to find this supposed Kellerman-Kennedy reprise of "Living Together, Growing Together."  There IS a reprise of the tune, right after the Fertility Dance (oy),but it's choral.  Interestingly, the underscore in two Kennedy-Kellerman scenes is indeed "Living Together," and one scene (right before Kennedy's irrigation system is revealed) has a rather abrupt edit, so perhaps there was a reprise there.

Yes, these are the sorts of things I spend my day trying to figure out.

Here is Sally Kellerman and George Kennedy's track of the reprise of Living Together, Growing Together. It has the lead in scene and then clips from the movie married to the deleted track.

I believe the scene was cut out even before the roadshow release.

Good Evening!

I really liked Sons of the Prophet. Yes, it's a bit "young and hip", but there's also a great heart to it. I was particular proud of my friend, Santino Fontana, who's the lead actor - even though Roundabout only seems to be promoting Joanna Gleason who's role is very much a supporting one. In any case... I thought it was a very sneakily powerful and moving play.

Didn't get lost at all yesterday, JMK. But I still have 3 days left.

Did you stay in the hotel all day?

Where's Darma, Dama, whatever? Has he exhausted Mikey's bank account yet?

Probably in the first half hour.

Something tells me Dama doesn't charge by the half hour. ::)

Add me to the list of HHWers who will be in Chicago at the end of next week!  I'm also seeing Follies Friday night. (I'm a big Caroline O'Connell (or is it O'Connor?) fan).

Reminds me, I need to let my friend know I will not be in Chicago this month.  My friend lives in Israel & I met her last year at the same time.  She was visiting her cousin & will be doing so again.

Well, I'm leaving work now.  Theater Artists Olympia (TAO) is having our monthly board meeting and it's going to be very...interesting. ::)

There are a couple of people who are very gung-ho about wanting to be involved (and that's a good thing), but because of work, family and/or other obligations, they can't actually be available when they're needed (and that's not a good thing).  So, a "discussion" will be happening tonight.

I just plan to just watch, listen and stay out of it. :-X
