I don't think I'd call Ahrens and Flaherty mediocre.

Nor would I.

Because I'm an equal-opportunity aunt, allow me to brag a bit about a nephew this time:

Capt. Christopher Palmer

Congratulations to your nephew, Ginny!!

I appreciate all the concern.  We were hoping for the lesser of two evils, lymphoma which has an excellent success rate with cancer treatment.  Instead they "think" he has malignant histiocytosis.  We need more info, Keith is doing research right now & I'm taking to my Bernese Mountain Dog friends on Facebook, to make a decision what to do.

Six weeks ago Sherlock's blood work was normal.  I fear this is moving quickly.  The prednisone does seem to be helping some.

The Outer Critics Circle awards are a complete joke - always have been.  They are an indication of zero.

Back from a sandwich and sweet potato fries.  Awaiting the arrival of the last singer to pick up his stuff, then I'll see if any packages arrived.

A film version of "Lucky Stiff"?

http://www.theatermania.com/new-york-city-theater/news/04-2012/interview-lynn-ahrens-and-stephen-flaherty-continu_55047.html

This got me thinking (a dangerous pastime, I know) and I looked up Stephen Flaherty on IMDb and this movie version isn't listed yet.  But what is is a 2010 TV show from Australia called "Angels in New York" and the synopsis:  Two rookie writer/producers from Sydney take on Broadway with new musical Angels.  It doesn't say to what extent Stephen Flaherty is involved, but who knew that there was another TV show about writing a new Broadway musical.  This, however, looks like a documentary, not a scripted fictional series.

The fish survived the trip and are happy swiming in their new home, which has an excellent mesh covering which no herons or vultures can possibly get through.
