And now the ballet combination...

-A-1-2-3-4-5-6....

DR elmore....  watch those arms... kick higher.... keep the leg in extension.... Flexed foot!...  THIS IS NOT A JAZZ COMBINATION, STRAIGHT LEG!...

You better watch it Mister, or I'm going to "have" Mikey John "ask" you to orchestrate his next show.

People who don't use their turn signal, that is my main bug-a-boo, and the only one I can come up with this early in the morning.

I have this morning off as I am taking my buddy Mark and his BF James to the airport.

Right now I am drinking coffee and trying to wake myself up.

Greetings all.

I know I had several comments/retorts for things that were posted between late yesterday and this morning, but as I had to go to an impromptu meeting, and must get on with my day, I will have to forego those idle musings.

However, I do recall that health vibes are due to DR Danise, so consider them sent....

More later, film at 11.

Many many posts yesterday!

derBrucer posted!

I am watching WYATT EARP the extended version on widescreen VHS.  Interesting.  But I like TOMBSTONE better.

Bugaboos - MBARNUM's favorite is also one of mine, the NON use of turn signals OR sitting behind someone at a stoplight, and when the light turns green, the driver turns on the left turn signal.....so you wait and wait as cars by you on the right....and wait and wait.

Rehearsals that do NOT start on time.  Actors and others who roll their eyes at you when you are giving notes or instructions....someday I will smack one of them....and that will be the end of that!  Usually I just let them know, I know what they're thinking...."Don't roll your eyes at me, kid....it would serve you right if I let you do it your stupid way, but I won't.....everyone....this one is doing it exactly wrong....don't do it this way....and I hope you are enjoying your time onstage in this show, because you won't be doing another one here....  Now where was I?"

Anyway...PIPPIN opening night.  Pray for Rosemary's Baby.

That was my next guess that YOU actually wrote the song, but I couldn't figure out the initials.  Nice work - it's such a great song and has a real bk sound to it.  However, the cell phone reference in the 70's?  :)

You'll read the book - you'll understand.

Ditto.  Since becoming a driver at such a late age, I find this to be quite irritating and inconsiderate.  Also, on a two lane road, when two cars are driving at the exact same speed in the right AND left lanes.  C'mon guys, I wanna get by you!

Big bugaboo: People who eat, remove, take, etc., the last thing in a package.  And then put the package back.  I have yelled at chided the dear partner for about 15 years on this issue.  And still he does it.  Grrrrrrr!

My biggestg pet peeve is people who make a HUGE effort to speed around you on the highway going VERY fast, and then once they get in front of you, slow down to slower than you were going before they passed you.

That will increase my blood pressure every single time it happens.

Or, once they've passed you, they slow down so they can make a turn making you come to a stop when if they'd just driven behind you, only THEY would have had to slow down.

We're back to broiling weather here again after an earlier week of moderate temperatures. Though the months seem to be flying by, the summer weather seems to be lingering inordinately long. I long for the cooler temperatures of fall.

Jose, Goodrich Hall is very pretty but I’m not sure about those eyes.  I’m glad I didn’t see them before going to sleep last night. ;D

I am DETERMINED to get to one or more of the DVR films today - either TONY ROME or THE FORGOTTEN. No, it hasn't been FORGOTTEN, but it's been sitting there a very long time!

TOD

People who talk, crunch. crinkle, kick the chair, make and take cell phone calls in the theatre be it movie, play, concert, awards ceremony whatever

Tall people in front of you, in a theatre without sufficient rake, who insist on moving from side to side during the entire performance  so that you have to keep sliding froom side to side in order to see anything other than their big fat head

people who look mortally offended when you point out to them that the people on stage  (or screen) are what everyone has come to see and hear

I don't mind people talking on cellphones in restaurants, trains etc as long as they are talking in normal tone of voice, as if they were in a conversation with someone at their table or seat (after all they may be endeavoring to retunr someone's phone call in a timely fashion)... its when they SCREAM into the phone that gets me crazy

People (usually SUV drivers, Danise I am sure would NEVER do this) who drive 3 inches from the back of your bumper this is especially prevelant behavior on the LIE when you are in rush hour... where do they want me to go ?  There are 400 people in front of me!!!!!!

Yesterday Woody said, in reference to the Tonys

Rosie O'Donnell is to blame, I believe.

Actually, this is a faux accusation.  Rosie is not making the Tonys use any theater.

Rosie save the televised ceremony from oblivion.  Had she NOT done that, it wouldn't matter where the Tonys were handed out or whether a "return to elegance" would have been achieved...WE'D NEVER HAVE SEEN IT.

Speaking of cell phones, one went off during DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS the other night, and the person with it didn't answer it, so it rang and rang until I guess the voice mail got it. I was SO furious.

Had it been a year ago and Hugh Jackman had been on the stage, he would have stayed in character as Peter Allen and come out in the audience to retrieve the darn thing. How I longed Norbert or John would have done the same thing.
