I've been busy with work and also Jury Duty so I'm just getting around to listening to
Showtime this week. I'm on with a review of the recently closed
In My Life. The show is only up until next Wednesday, January 25th at about 3pm EST. I send out an e-mail blast when I'm on and since many of the listeners in the blast are also here I thought, since time is of the essence, I would post the link here as well along with instructions for those of you who might want to listen who don't usually get the e-mail.
Remember, you need Real Player on your system to listen to the program.
The instructions (as usual):
Here is the link:
ShowtimeClick on it. You're taken to the Showtime page. Click on Listen to the Most Recent Edition of Showtime, The Player opens up and loads. If you don't want to listen to the entire program you can skip to an area close to my segment. You will see 3 buttons at the top of the player labeled pause, 5mins and 15mins. These are Skip buttons. Click 15 twice and 5 once. You will skip ahead 35 minutes to the middle of a number from Me and My Girl (the London Cast Recording). When the number is over, Beverley introduces my segment. It's at about 19:38:05 minutes on the clock.
If clicking on the link doesn't work (the link is either not blue or maroon or when you click nothing happens) then just copy the address and paste it into your browser and click Go or hit Return/Enter and follow the instructions above. The easiest way is to just bookmark the Showtime page then you can go right to it after you open your Browser.
If you listen and like the show, keep tuning in. I'm not on every week but I like the show and as I said a couple of weeks ago, Beverley is a wonderful woman and a good "presenter". If you like what you hear and want to be added to the e-mail list, send me a PM w/your e-mail and I'll add your name to the list. I put everyone's name in BCC. That's Blind Carbon Copy in Internet Lingo and in old office lingo. Does anybody still use carbon paper? You won't see anyone elses address. I'm the only person who sees the addresses.
The show is on live every Wednesday at 2pm Eastern Standard Time and then it's available at the Web site (24/7) for one week.
Enjoy!
