DVD - The Wild Party - a very entertaining film, with a short interview with close personal friend of DR EDISAURUS, James Ivory. I enjoyed the production very much (the Raquel Welch incident was not mentioned)....no commentary, but everyone is very good, and the physical production is great. And for what it's worth, Raquel NEVER looked more beautiful or gave a better performance. Ivory credits James Coco with most of the nuance of her acting.

Maybe I will....but I have the same audience reservations written about in the notes....I just don't like theatre as concert or theatre as audience participation.... Yes, I am old.

I don't like movie theater audience participation! That is why I've never done "Rocky Horror" at midnight showings or gone to "Sound of Music" singalongs.

I mean...REALLY? Can anyone in the audience IMPROVE upon what's already on the screen?

My guess would be the Full Moon last night during a Mercury retrograde!

Even though the exact time of the Full Moon is over, the two days following this solar-lunar monthly climax are still days for distribution of the cosmic energies just received.

What caused the wilding driving was probably Mercury-Saturn contra-parallel (6:28AM PDT). Contra-parallel sky formations can equate with oppositions in the zodiac, and a Mercury-Saturn link like this can coincide with delays, frustrations and crazy driving.

Good morning, everyone.

Verizon has come and gone and I now have two functioning landlines. I won't bore you with all the incidents of Verizon miscommunication--I'll just mention that the appointment was for this afternoon from 2 to 6, and the guy showed up at 10. Fortunately, I was here. I'm glad it's out of the way, but everyone I spoke to there told me something different. It's always this way with them. I could go on, but I won't. I'll try to just be thankful it's fixed.

Thank you, JRand. Actually, understanding Mercury retrograde is quite helpful. There are times in my life when I seem to be doing all the right things, but somehow things just aren't coming together as they should. Now I know it's probably not me--it's the retrograde and I just need to be patient.
