Oy--I have just gotten off of a one hour phone call with Qwest (yes, the above messages were typed with one finger, I'll have you know--guess which one

). Qwest is no longer offering cellphones and is switching over to Verizon, so I called to do that and was on hold FOREVER. Verizon was claiming we had a past due amount, which is absurd, and it took them forever to figure out their computer system had a glitch. Of course it was with our account.
Did I mention we woke up to more snow and ice this morning?
